Delegate Registration

Regular registration is open for Unison Festival 2026!

​

Join singers from 2SLGBTQIA+ choruses across Canada as we gather in beautiful Vancouver from May 15–18. Register now at the regular rate and save $50 off the late registration price when you complete your registration and payment by April 30, 2026.

Your registration includes access to all core festival events, beginning with the Opening Ceremony and Opening Concert at Vancouver’s landmark Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Throughout the weekend, you'll enjoy a full schedule of choral concerts, a banquet and dance, and a closing celebration that features massed Festival Choruses with singers from coast to coast.

Delegate registration is open to all performers, choir directors, and supporters attending the Unison Festival in Vancouver. We can’t wait to welcome you for an unforgettable long weekend of music, community, and celebration!

Delegate registrations are non-refundable, except as outlined in the Registration Terms and Conditions.

Delegate registrations can be traded or sold using the Integra Marketplace up until May 2026. After that point, delegate registrations will be non-transferable.

    • Begin Registration

      • Click on the "Register" button on the official Festival website.

    • Create a Personal User Account

      • Open Integra Planner and click "Sign up" in the top menu.

      • If you already have an account, enter your email address and password to log in.

      • Follow the prompts to create a user account.

      • Important: Use your personal email address.

    • Complete Your Personal Profile

      • Fill out your profile information as prompted.

    • Select Your Chorus

      • Click on the "IN" icon in the upper right-hand corner to return to your personal dashboard.

    • Scroll down to the Membership section.

      • Click "Edit" and then the "+ Membership" button.

      • Follow the prompts to select your choir and add yourself as a member.

    • Register for the Festival

      • Return to your personal dashboard by clicking the "IN" icon in the upper right-hand corner.

    • Click on the green "Register" button.

      • Follow the prompts to complete your registration.

    • Pay the Registration Fee

      • Follow the on-screen instructions to pay your registration fee.

    • Payment options:

      • Online: Credit card or direct debit.

      • Offline: E-transfer or cheque.

      • If your choir has enabled it, you may assign your invoice to your choir.

Chorus Registration

    • Begin Registration

      • Click on the “Register” button on the official Festival website.

    • Create a Personal User Account

      • Follow the prompts to create a user account.

    • Sign into Integra Planner

      • Log in to your newly created account.

    • Complete Your Personal Profile

      • Fill out your profile information as prompted.

    • Select Your Chorus

      • Click on the “IN” icon in the upper right-hand corner to access your personal dashboard.

      • Scroll down to the Membership section.

      • Click on “Edit” and then the “+ Membership” button.

      • Follow the prompts to select your choir and add yourself as a member.

      • Email admin@unisonchoruses.ca to request administrator access for your choir.

    • Register Your Chorus

      • Once granted administrator access, go to the Administrator dashboard via the top menu.

      • Find your choir name and click the “Register” button below it.

      • Follow the prompts to complete your choir registration.

    • Pay the Chorus Registration Fee

      • Follow the on-screen instructions to pay the registration fee.

      • Payment options:

        • Online: Credit card or direct debit.

        • Offline: E-transfer or cheque.
