We're excited to welcome you to Unison 2026. Here are some important resources and reminders.

Accessibility: For performers needing to avoid stairs, the route from the theatre lobby to the waiting area in the wings of the stage.

Important Notes & Reminders
Check-in and arrival Delegate check-in will take place at the ‘Check-In & Info’ desk in the Queen Elizabeth Theatre lobby. Here you will receive your delegate badge, tote bag, and any pre-ordered merch items.
Thursday, May 14: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (priority for BC choirs)
Friday, May 15: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Saturday, May 16: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Sunday & Monday: starting at 9:00 AM, as required
Seating in the Queen Elizabeth Theatre
All concerts are general admission, except for Dress Circle (mezzanine) seating during the Opening Concert on Friday evening, which is reserved for Patron Pass holders.
If you’d like to watch part of a concert block that you are performing in, please enter via Door 2 or Door 3 from the lobby, and use the designated performer seating area (orchestra level, audience left).
At all other times, delegates are welcome to sit throughout the theatre alongside public audience members.
Volunteer opportunities Volunteers help the festival run smoothly and create a welcoming experience for everyone. If you have some availability, we encourage you to sign up for a shift or two. There are a variety of roles and time slots to choose from.
Social events and activities Take advantage of opportunities to connect and explore! Our updated list includes options like guided tours, community meet-ups, and club events. Check out the Social Events & Activities page and see what catches your interest.
Concert tickets If you know someone in the Vancouver area who might enjoy attending a concert, please share the Unison website with them, and help spread the word! – unisonchoruses.ca. Delegate registration includes access to all mainstage concerts – your delegate badge is your pass.
