Hello friends,

As we head into the final stretch of planning for Unison Festival 2026, the energy here in Vancouver is really building. With tickets now available and final details coming together, it’s exciting to see this year’s festival take shape!

From May 15 to 18, we’ll welcome 27 choirs and more than 1,000 singers from across Canada for a full weekend of concerts, connection, and celebration. Whether you’re joining us as a delegate or attending as an audience member, there are so many ways to be part of it.

The festival begins on the Friday evening with a special welcome for delegates, followed by the Opening Concert featuring choirs from British Columbia. The evening will also include a special appearance by Vancouver-based artist Corey Payette, bringing a powerful and memorable close to the concert!

Across the weekend, four concert blocks at the beautiful Queen Elizabeth Theatre will showcase a wide range of choral performances, each offering its own mix of voices, styles, and stories. It all comes together on the Monday morning with our Closing Concert, featuring the Festival Choruses and special guests M’Girl, for a vibrant and uplifting finale.

If you haven’t yet made your plans, now is a great time to explore the schedule and pick up tickets. Whether you attend one concert or several, we’d love to have you with us!

It’s a privilege to help bring this festival together alongside such a dedicated team, and I’m looking forward to welcoming you to Vancouver very soon.

All the best,
