Twin fold-out bed in den on Skytrain line

I have an Ikea chair that folds into a twin bed in a den in a 2-bedroom-plus-den condo located about a 10-15 minute walk from New Westminster Skytrain Station. From there, it will take you about a half-hour to get to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. When you are staying here, we won't use the den except maybe to grab a few items that we store there. The den has French doors that close, but they have windows without window treatments. We promise to respect your privacy! You can have sole use of the toilet and sink in our powder room, but we don't have a private shower or bath for you. You can share a shower/ bath as well as in-suite laundry facilities and our wi-fi. We have 2 cats who normally have free run of the den, but they usually avoid strangers. You can grab breakfast here on me. The complex has visitor parking, a gym, a pool/spa, a library, and a ping-pong room. I am a 50+ female Unison delegate. I live with my 20-year-old child who may or may not be in town at that time. If I get timely confirmation that my child will be out of town, I will likely also list their room for another person or couple. We have a quiet, sleep-loving, non-smoking, mostly sober, and friendly lifestyle and are looking for someone who would fit in with that.

The unit and complex are wheelchair-accessible; before me, someone with MS lived here. We don't have a car in the household. Grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, etc. are within walking distance.
