2 Queen-sized beds (up to 4 people) 10 minute walk to Skytrain

Finished basement with private outside entrance, with queen-sized bed in private bedroom (up to 2 people) and a pullout queen-sized sofa bed in the living room area (up to 2 people). There is also a kitchen and bathroom with shower for private use. Can host up to 4 people (2 couples). 12 minute walk or 2 bus stops to 22nd Avenue Skytrain station (bus stop one minute away with bus every 30 minutes). Will take about 30-45 minutes to get to the Queen Elizabeth theatre. Coming home you may have to walk from the Skytrain as later buses are only every hour (or Uber back). We are a gay male couple with a Havenese/Shih Tzu puppy so we can handle a bit of noise. Stairs outside and inside so must be able to handle stairs. Non-smoking household. I'll be singing with two Vancouver choirs, but my hubby, who loves to host, will be home most of the weekend except the opening concert. There is laundry access if needed. Can provide Wifi. Can accommodate early arrival dates or late departure dates.
