Two level house on a hill on Burnaby's South Slope (Just south of Metrotown). Stairs down into yard and down side of house, so not suitable for people with mobility issues. Large bedroom on ground floor with queen size bed and private entrance. Bathroom on ground floor is NOT ensuite, but seldom used, so essentially private. Main house is on upper level. Large yard with trees. No kitchen access, but welcome to join me upstairs for morning coffee and snacks. I am a mature Alto chorister and have one cat. I enjoy social moments but tend to keep to myself most of the time. I am retired and don't have a fixed schedule. Bus stop about 500 metres away, connects with Skytrain into town or to airport. Expo line station at Metrotown is about 20 minute walk. Street parking for a car. WIFI but no TV. No smoking in any part of the house.
